Owner/operator at Simply No Knots Massage, I feel like my clients are a part of my extended work family :) I am married with two amazing boys, and live right here in Irricana. I graduated from the Alberta Collage of Massage Therapy in 2015, and have been working here in Irricana since March of 2016. The best thing ever for me is to be able to work so close to home and with the very best clients ever! I am truly grateful. I believe that each massage is different and catered to what you the client needs/ wants. I particularly enjoy doing a therapeutic messages with always a little relaxation mixed in for good measure. Good communication between myself and you the client will almost certainly ensure a awesome massage.

With extensive training from prestigious institutions such as the Barral Institute and Upledger Institute, as well as membership in the Korean Academy of Orthopedic Manipulative Physical Therapy, Hugh brings a wealth of knowledge and expe

With extensive training from prestigious institutions such as the Barral Institute and Upledger Institute, as well as membership in the Korean Academy of Orthopedic Manipulative Physical Therapy, Hugh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Although he is yet to be covered by health insurance Hugh is working towards becoming an accredited Manual Osteotherapist in Canada to rectify that.
Hugh and his husband have relocated from Korea to the Linden area and both are excited to start this new chapter of their lives here in Canada. Although they are still getting used to our Canadian winters!
I was fortunate to be able to get treatment from Hugh, and wow I am impressed. We are very lucky to have someone as knowledgeable as him working in Irricana! I went in with issues with Hip and Shoulder pain and at the end I could sit cross legged (Something I have not been able to do for years) and less pain in my shoulders with more range of motion. I am absolutely impressed with Hugh’s range of knowledge and attention to detail, he truly loves what he does and only wants to help his clients.
